Annique Specials and Promotions for February 2014

Hello everyone

Wow I can’t believe how quickly this year has begun. It’s amazing that we’ve had such good weather…although I wish I could spend more time in the pool during the peak hours of the day! 🙂 Never the less I’m so positive and excited for this year that I’m sad it’s going by so quickly. I’m super blessed with such special clients…I don’t even like using that word as I feel you are all more that.. that you are my friends. thank you for your support and loyalty as always its much appreciated.

January has been a great month and I hope it’s been good to you too? For those that have just started using Annique, welcome to my little family. I really hope you are falling in love with Annique and enjoying the quality of a great product feeding and improving your skin and body. I also hope its surprised you a little and given you something to be excited about. I’d love to get some feedback from those that tried something new this January…. Your comments are always welcome.

February is great month to show our love for others and enjoy the sharing of specials moments with friends. I think it’s also a good time to get going on the goals for the year, to settling in to the attitude and wavelength that can carry us for the year. I’m settling into a positive, driven attitude and believe this year will be great.

As you know the complete Beauté (promotional booklet for Annique) for Feb is available for download…all you need to do is CLICK HERE

Then like I mentioned last month…I’m also going to add some of the most exciting and popular product specials into the email.

January was all about the new and first step into the year. Cleansing is always important in our skin care routines, but so is moisturising. Using a day cream provides hydration to the skin(just like we fluids to hydrate our bodies) so using a moisturiser does the same for our skins. What I love about Annique’s Day creams…is the fact that I can apply it as often as I like during the day, so that I can make sure my skin is kept hydrated and looking fabulous. Yes it does absorb through your foundation as application is done by pressing the cream into the skin in areas of dehydration. But foundation can too be reapplied too.image003 image002

Not only are the Day moisturisers on Specials, so are the scrubs.. so make sure to check those out in the Beauté.

Then my Favourite is the Annique Miracle Tissue Oil… is light and absorbs so quickly into the skin. Yet offers incredible results with dryness, scaring, uneven skin tone, and so much more.

Skincare Routine for Winter

Skincare Routine for Winter

Winter is definitely more harsh and drying on the skin and even with an oily/combination skin type one should and needs to still increase the moisture levels in the skin Feeding the skin with moisturizers should be seen in just the same way we feed our bodies.

Ask yourself this:
How often do I drink water and feed my body with nutrients in a day? Generally we drink up to 8 glasses of water a day, yes in winter we do tend to drink less as we think we don’t need it.

Now ask yourself:
Does my body hold more toxins and skin feel drier in winter? If you answered yes, do you think it has something to do with the amount of water we DON’T take in in winter? You should still try and keep up the water intake in winter, maybe in another form – Tea, Soup or warm water even DE-caf coffee!

With that said our skins also need to be fed and nourished just like our bodies, it is our biggest organ and does the most protecting.

During winter we need to give our skins more moisture and nourishment and most skincare products if best suited for your skins will absorb quickly and effortlessly no matter what time of the day we apply. Foundation should also allow transparency with regards to moisturizers and nourishment.

Annique Products that will help keep moisture levels up:

1. Revitalising Cream twice a day

2. Day cream(depending on your skin type)- up to 8 times a day

3. Skin detox twice a day

4. Miracle tissue oil twice a day

5. NEW moisture Serum twice a day

6. Lifting neck and bust cream- up to 4 times a day

7. pH Freshener or Liquid Skin Nutrition- up to 8 times a day

Exfoliation should be done every 4-5 days to help remove dead skin cells and improve blood circulation.

What can I do differently for my skin this Winter

Winter is harsh, and often, destructive time for our skins and bodies. There is more bacteria, illness and extreme weather changes, which all have a negative impact on our skins.

We should all increase our vitamin supplement intake to increase our immune systems. Our skins also take an effect, often because we drink less water.

  • Now is the time to add a little something to help keep your skin feeling beautiful.
  • One should exfoliate 2-3 times a week if you currently exfoliating once, especially where skin is dry and flaky.
  • Masking can be changed to a moisturizing/hydrating one to help nourish the skin and can also be increased to 2-3 times a week.
  • Your day/night cream can be changed to a more hydrating and nourishing one.
  • A Vitamin E or Tissue Oil can be applied over your night cream to give you extra nourishment and hydration.
  • Foundation can be changed to a lighter tone to compensate for the lighter complexion one often gets in winter
  • Ampoules can be added on a 3-4 week basis to lighten and brighten the skin
  • Paraffin wax treatments can be done more often to nourish hands, feet, or even the face
  • Annique’s Skin Detox can be applied before your day and night cream to hydrate, fight free radicals, prevent black and white heads and providing a healthy glow
  • Annique’s Revitalising cream can also be used before your day or night cream to add extra nourishment, rejuvenate and plump out sagging skin.
